Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all seals are intact for non-defective returns to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
